At The Excelsior we offer guests an exclusive experience to go on a private tour of the famous Gerovassiliou Estate, situated just a few kilometres from Thessaloniki on the slopes of Epanomi. Taste and discover the area where the world-renowned Ktima Gerovassiliou wines are produced with a behind-the-scenes tour. The 2-hour Vineyard Tour includes a short walk around the vineyard, a tour in the wine-production, bottling and ageing areas, as well as a visit to the Wine Museum.
But it doesn’t end there, the proof of excellence is in the taste. Sample 6 of Gerovassiliou Estate’s wines, alongside a variety of Greek cheese, in their special wine-tasting room while enjoying the breathtaking view of the estate’s vineyards.
